Hello!
I am a Marketing and Brand Strategist and I love everything about marketing. I love to travel and have a vast amount of other interests including Yoga, Cooking, Wellness, Movies, Music, Shopping, Video Games, Sports, and Time with Friends. I'm here to hope to share my love of food, fitness and planning with the world. I currently live in Carrollton, Texas with my dog Mazie. You’ll find me with my nose in a book, practicing yoga or drinking coffee.
My Story
Personal
I was born in Dallas, TX and moved to Denver, CO at the age of 7. I stayed there through college and would have stayed forever if it wasn't so expensive. I love snow, cold and dreary weather and the beautiful mountains. But, the Sagittarius in me really just loves travel in general. If I could make travel a living, I would. I'm also a Disney fanatic. I'm an annual passholder and go 2-5 times a year. You're never too old for magic.

Wellness
"Let the joy be in your journey, not in some distant goal" is a quote that stuck with me not only during my yoga teacher training but throughout how I live. There is joy all throughout your journey from beginning, throughout and at the end and it is about focusing on that joy rather than simply achieving the end. That is how Journey to Joy Wellness came to be.

Essential Oils
Have you ever wondered, “How do I use essential oils?” If so, you aren’t alone. I became fascinated with essential oils and their uses and how they can help you. I believe that oils are not just a fad. But, I also believe that everyone is both affected differently and has different opinions about them. For me, I love them and I absolutely love mixing and discovering new blends. Oils have not only changed my mindset but my life.

Organization and Planning
I also absolutely love to be organized. When I couldn't find the right planner stickers or find the right things I needed for my planning needs, I made my Etsy shop. Launching in 2016, Plan It Perfect is here so everyone can plan their life out the way they want it whether minimalistic style or dressed to the 9's.
